DESCRIPTION :

The first is national television in Morocco. It offers a series of public service, providing all services, information, culture and entertainment to its viewers and citizens in Morocco, the Arab world and Europe.

The Moroccan national channel began broadcasting its black and white programs on Independence Day, on March 3, 1962. The broadcast of color only began in 1972.

From March 3, 1993, the national broadcasting era entered the era of satellite broadcasting through satellite «Hotel Sat» and thus the national radio has entered the digital world for broadcasting and recording in the style of international broadcasting.

The first is owned by the National Radio and Television Company, a joint stock company subject to Moroccan law, whose total capital is in the ownership of the State.

The budget balance is secured by a state grant plus a tax in the form of a contribution to the energy consumption bill of the Moroccan households, in excess of the surplus revenues of the independent advertising agency (SAP) or the temporary revenues from service revenues.

In 1995 and 1996, the Minister of Communications provided the channel with a financial envelope of 13 million dirhams. The budget of this organization increased significantly during 1996 to reach AED 598 million for the fiscal year 1996-1997.

الوصف:

الأولى هي التلفزيون الوطني في المغرب. وتقدم سلسلة من الخدمة العامة، وتوفير كل الخدمات والمعلومات والثقافة والترفيه لمشاهديها والمواطنين في المغرب وفي العالم العربي وأوروبا.

بدأت القناة الوطنية المغربية ببث برامجها بالأبيض والأسود غداة الاستقلال، وذالك في الثالث من مارس 1962. ولم يبدأ البث بالألوان (سيكام ب) إلا سنة 1972.

وانطلاقا من 3 مارس 1993 دخلت الإذاعة الوطنية حقبة البث عبر الأقمار الاصطناعية، وذلك عن طريق القمر الاصطناعي «أوتيل سات» وبذلك تكون الإذاعة الوطنية قد دخلت العالم الرقمي للبث والتسجيل على غرار الإذاعات الدولية.

الأولى هي ملك الشركة الوطنية للإذاعة والتلفزة وهي شركة مساهمة خاضعة للقانون المغربي، يوجد رأسمالها الكلي في ملك الدولة.

وتؤمن توازن ميزانيتها عن طريق منحة من الدولة بالإضافة إلى ضريبة على شكل مساهمة تضاف إلى فاتورة استهلاك الطاقة بمن طرف الأسر المغربية، زيادة على فائض مداخيل المصلحة المستقلة للإشهار (SAP) أو مداخيل ظرفية عن عائدات الخدمات.

وخلال سنتي 1995 و1996 وفر وزير الإتصال للقناة غلافا ماليا قدره 13 مليون درهم، ميزانية عمل هذه المنظمة عرفت إرتفاعا ملحوظا خلال سنة 1996 حيث بلغت 598 مليون درهم للسنة المالية 1996-1997.
