شبكة تليفزيون النهار هي قنوات مصرية ترفيهية منوعة مملوكة لشركة ترنتا تقدم مضمون متنوع ما بين السياسي والفني والثقافي والديني ومجموعة من برامج الترفيه والمسابقات العربية المنوعة، إنطلق تليفزيون النهار في 30 يونيو 2011، القناة إفتتحت قناة النهار رياضة في آواخر عام 2011 وبالأخص في 8 ديسمبر والتي تم إغلاقها في 1 فبراير 2016 وإدماج برامجها بقناة النهار اليوم وذلك بعد إفتتاح قناة النهار دراما في نهاية عام 2011 ثم إفتتحت النهار اليوم الإخبارية في مايو 2014 ومن قبلها إفتتحت قناة النهار Movies ولكنها لم تستمر طويلاً وتم إغلاقها وذلك قبل إفتتاحها لقناة النهار سينما لتنضم إلى مجموعة قنوات شبكة تليفزيون النهار إلى أن تم إعادة تطويرها في الأول من فبراير 2016 ليتم تغيير اسم النهار العامة لقناة النهار One وتغيير كافة اللوجوهات الخاصة بقنوات الشبكة وإطلاق وتطوير قنوات وبرامج جديدة مثل النهار سينما والنهار إنتي المتخصصة في شئون المرأة والنهار نور المتخصصة في الشئون الدين الإسلامية والإجتماعية وتواكب كل ما هو جديد ومتطور ومصدر رئيسي لتوصيل الفكر الوسطي لكل بيت في مصر والدول العربية وتؤكد على الهوية المصرية واستعادة الأخلاق والتي تم إطلاق بثها الرسمي بالعديد من البرامج الحصرية في 6 يونيو 2016 بجانب إطلاق الكثير من البرامج والمسلسلات الحصرية، وتعد شبكة تليفزيون النهار أحد أهم وأكبر شبكات القنوات الفضائية في مصر والعالم العربي، يضم مجموعة متميزة من قنوات البث الفضائي العامة والمتخصصة (النهار One - النهار One+2 - النهار دراما - النهار اليوم - النهار نور - النهار سينما - النهار إنتي - النهار رياضة) وتقدم شبكة تليفزيون النهار كل ما يهم المشاهد من مادة تليفزيونية متميزة وممتعة ومفيدة في شتى مناحي الحياة، سواء علي المستوى الديني أو السياسي أو الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي، ويدرك أهمية وحساسية تلك المرحلة التي تمر بها مصر والعالم العربي، ومن هنا يدرك أهمية مخاطبة المجتمع والأسرة والفرد في آن واحد، وتلبية احتياجاتهم الحقيقية في المعرفة، لأنها الطريقة المثلي التي تمنح المشاهد الفرصة لتكوين وجهة نظره الخاصة بلا وصاية أو توجيه، وذلك لأن الشبكة تدرك وتعي أن هذه المرحلة يعاد فيها رسم ملامح المجتمع وتشكيلته الوجدانية، ومن هنا نسعى لأن نكون حاضرين لتلبية احتياجات الناس وإتاحة الفرصة لهم باختلاف أطيافهم وتوجهاتهم وانتماءتهم لنرسم بضمير هذا الوطن صورة بلا رتوش يراها المشاهد بلا وسيط. شاشة تليفزيون النهار تضم فريقاً محترفاً من كبار الإعلاميين، ربما تختلف أفكارهم وربما تختلف اتجاهاتهم، لكنهم جميعا يتفقون في المهنية والمصداقية والحب والإخلاص لهذا الوطن، ونراهن بهم ومعهم علي أن نصبح قبلة المشاهد وصناع القرار وقادة الرأي والنخب السياسية والعلمية والثقافية، وقبل ذلك وبعد ذلك ومع ذلك نراهن أن نكون في صدارة القنوات التي تحظى بثقة المشاهد وتحظى في نفس الوقت بأعلى نسب المشاهدة وبدأت شبكة تليفزيون النهار بثها التجريبي بإطلاق أول قناة عامة للشبكة في 30 يونيو 2011 حملت اسم النهار تحت شعار وطلع النهار وبعد نجاحها الساحق تلتها قناتان جديدتان هما النهار دراما التي تقدم مسلسلات حصرية بجانب روائع الدراما المصرية و غيرها من المسلسلات التي تحمل جنسيات أخرى، ثم قناة النهار رياضة المتخصصة في الرياضة المصرية والدولية وتحليل كل ما يحدث على الساحة الكروية ثم إطلاق قناة النهار موفيز التي إهتمت لفترة بعرض الأفلام الأجنبية ووفقا لاستراتيجية الشبكة الرامية للنمو والتوسع والتواصل مع شرائح جديدة ومختلفة من المشاهدين، شهد منتصف عام 2014 إنطلاق قناة النهار اليوم المتخصصة في نقل ما يحدث في مصر علي مدار الساعة وتقديم تغطيات مباشرة للأحداث التي تقع في أي مكان وزمان.
