تلفزيون دبي هو قناة فضائية إماراتية خاصة وحكومية تبث من دبي تابعة لمؤسسة دبي للإعلام.
ترتكز الرؤية الأساسية لتلفزيون دبي في حلته الجديدة على إطلاق قناة تتوجه إلى الأسرة العربية عموماً والخليجية بشكل خاص. يطمح التلفزيون إلى ترجمة التنوع البشري والحضاري الذي تمتاز به إمارة دبي من خلال خطة برامجية متنوعة تحاكي تطور العصر. يعتمد تلفزيون (مرناة) دبي في بثه للنشرات الإخبارية على أستوديو متخصص شيد على أحدث الطرق الفنية، وهو أكبر مركز أخبار في العالم العربي والشرق الأوسط، وباستخدام آخر ما توصلت إلية وسائل الإعلام الحديثة من تجهيزات تقنية متطورة، تعتمد نشرة أخبار تلفزيون (مرناة)دبي شكلا مغايرا في التعامل والتعاطي مع الحدث، واستطاع فعلا خلق التميز، وعدم تكرار نفس طريقة تقديم الأخبار لدى باقي القنوات العربية...وفي قالب خفيف وشيق لا يتعب المشاهد ولا يرهقه، مع لمسات فنية رائعة على مستوى الصورة، والعناويين التي تدعم الصورة، عناوين تقرأ الحدث بطريقة مغايرة، لا تخلو من السخرية الملتزمة أحيانا.
